One team for the whole job

We come and look at the job first, in person and at no charge. That is the only honest way to price this kind of work. A leak behind a cabinet and a leak in a buried pipe look identical from a photo and cost very different amounts.

Once we have seen it, we agree the price with you on WhatsApp before anything starts, and it does not change at the end. If we find something we did not expect, we tell you and agree what to do about it rather than adding it to a bill.

Work is tested in front of you, circuits and equipment are labelled, and the site is cleaned before we leave. None of that is remarkable. It is just what the job should include.
