Privacy policy

This website does not collect your details at all. The booking form writes a WhatsApp message in your browser and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send. Nothing reaches us until you press send there, and nothing is stored on this site.

We do not sell your details, run advertising trackers, or use cookies that follow you around the internet.

The form asks for:

• Your name and phone number
• The city you need us in
• The service you need, and anything you choose to tell us about the job

Those answers are used only to compose the message you send. They are not transmitted to us, or to anyone else, by this website. If you close the page without sending, they are simply gone.

From that point we hold whatever you sent, in WhatsApp, so we can reply, quote for the work and carry it out. That is the only reason. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Their spam protection processes a limited amount of technical information about your visit to tell people from bots.
• OpenStreetMap supplies the maps on our contact and home pages. It sets no cookies and does not track you, which is why we use it instead of Google Maps.

We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not sell them under any circumstances.

We keep the WhatsApp conversation so we have a record of the job and can help if you come back to us about it later. Ask us to delete it and we will.

We use privacy-friendly website analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying individual people. That is why this site has no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email m.umarfarooq0093@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
