Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and any request you send through it. They do not replace whatever we agree with you directly for a specific job.

Sending a booking request through this site starts a conversation. It does not confirm an appointment. A job is booked when we have agreed the date and the price with you directly, normally on WhatsApp.

We do not publish prices on this site, because the right price depends on what the job actually involves. The site visit and the quote are free and carry no obligation.

Once we have quoted and you have accepted, that price stands. If we uncover something we could not have seen beforehand, we will stop, explain it, and agree what to do next before continuing.

No payment is taken through this website.

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care, test it before we leave, and stand behind it. If something we did develops a fault, contact us with your booking reference and we will come and look at it.

Any specific warranty period for a job is confirmed with you in writing at the time of the quote.

We need safe access to the property and the area being worked on. Where a job affects water, power or gas supply, we will tell you in advance what will be interrupted and for roughly how long.

If we consider something unsafe to carry out, we will say so and explain why rather than proceed.

You can cancel or move a booked visit at any time by messaging us. We would appreciate as much notice as you can give, so the slot can go to someone else.

We keep the information here accurate, but service lists and descriptions may change. The site is provided as-is, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited.
