Question 1

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Lahore in Pakistan and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. All five trades are available in both cities. Tell us your area when you message and we will confirm we can reach you.

Question 2

How much will the work cost?

Accepted Answer

We do not publish prices, because a fair price depends on what the job actually involves and we cannot know that from a web page. The site visit is free, we agree the price with you on WhatsApp before any work starts, and it does not change at the end.

Question 3

How quickly can you come?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the job and how busy the week is, so we would rather agree a time with you than promise one here and miss it. Message us with what you need and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.

Question 4

Do you charge for the site visit or the quote?

Accepted Answer

No. Looking at the job and quoting for it is free, with no obligation to book us.

Question 5

Can you handle more than one trade in the same job?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and this is the main reason people call us. A bathroom renovation needs plumbing and electrical work; a new office needs wiring, AC and CCTV. One team, one point of contact, one quote covering all of it.

Question 6

Do you work with businesses as well as homes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shops, offices, warehouses, schools, colleges, hospitals and restaurants, as well as houses and apartments. For commercial work we can put the scope in writing so you have something to circulate internally.

Question 7

What if something goes wrong after you have finished?

Accepted Answer

Tell us and we will come back and look at it. We test our work in front of you before we leave, but if a problem shows up later, message us with the reference from your booking.

Question 8

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or send the booking form on the contact page. The form takes about a minute and sends us the details up front, which usually means fewer questions before we can give you a time.

Question 9

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

Accepted Answer

Usually one circuit is carrying more than it was designed for, an AC and a water pump on the same line being the classic case, or there is a fault somewhere in the wiring. We trace it properly rather than just resetting it, because a breaker that trips repeatedly is doing its job and telling you something.

Question 10

Can you rewire a house while we are living in it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work room by room so you are never without power everywhere at once, and we agree with you upfront which days affect which rooms.

Question 11

Do you install and label distribution boards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DB installation, MCBs and circuit breakers, and every circuit labelled before we leave, so nobody has to guess which switch does what.

Question 12

Can you wire a generator or UPS?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including changeover arrangements and the AC connections that usually go with them.

Question 13

Can you find a leak without breaking the whole wall?

Accepted Answer

That is the aim. We trace where the water is actually coming from first, which is often a connection behind a cabinet rather than the pipe everyone assumes, then open up as little as possible.

Question 14

Do you handle emergency plumbing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For anything actively leaking, call or WhatsApp rather than using the form, because it reaches us faster.

Question 15

Can you install a water tank and pump?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including the pump wiring, which is electrical work we can do at the same visit instead of you booking two trades.

Question 16

Do you do gas pipe installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, gas pipe installation and connections, alongside the rest of the plumbing work.

Question 17

How often should an AC be serviced?

Accepted Answer

Once a year before the hot season for most units, and twice a year if it runs hard or the air is dusty. A serviced unit cools faster and uses less electricity, so it usually pays for itself.

Question 18

My AC is not cooling. Does it need gas?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, but not always. Low gas usually means a leak, so simply topping it up is a temporary fix. Dirty filters, a failing capacitor or a tired compressor cause the same symptom. We check before we refill.

Question 19

Is it worth repairing an old unit or should I replace it?

Accepted Answer

We will tell you honestly. If the compressor has gone on an older unit, replacement is often cheaper over two years than the repair plus the electricity it wastes.

Question 20

Do you service both split and window units?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Installation, repair, cleaning, gas filling and replacement for both, plus the electrical work an installation needs.

Question 21

How many cameras do I need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on entry points more than on the size of the building: doors, gates, and any blind corner. We work it out on the free site visit rather than guessing from a floor plan.

Question 22

Can I watch the cameras from my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mobile app setup and remote live viewing are part of the installation, and we set it up on your phone and test it before we leave.

Question 23

Will the cameras still record if the internet goes down?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recording happens on the DVR or NVR locally. You lose remote viewing until the connection is back, but nothing stops being recorded.

Question 24

Can you upgrade an existing system?

Accepted Answer

Usually. Often the existing cabling can be reused and only the cameras and recorder need replacing, which keeps the cost down.

Question 25

Do you move and cover the furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Furniture is moved and covered, floors and fittings are protected, and the site is cleaned before we hand it back.

Question 26

How long does painting a room take?

Accepted Answer

A typical room is a day, depending on how much preparation the walls need. Putty and primer work adds time but is what makes the finish last.

Question 27

Can you work at a school or hospital outside normal hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For schools, colleges, hospitals and shops we plan around when the building is in use, including weekends and evenings.

Question 28

Do you repair damaged walls before painting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wall putty, primer and repair work come before the paint, because painting over a bad surface just hides the problem for a few months.

Question 29

How much height does a false ceiling take?

Accepted Answer

Usually around 4 to 6 inches, depending on the lighting and whether AC ducting has to run above it. We measure on site and tell you before starting, because in a room with a low slab that drop is the thing you will notice.

Question 30

Can you run the light wiring as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is the main reason to give one contractor both jobs. The wiring, the light positions and the ceiling openings get planned together, instead of an electrician cutting into a finished ceiling afterwards.

Question 31

Gypsum or PVC, which should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Gypsum takes paint, hides joints properly and suits living rooms and offices. PVC handles damp better, so it is the sensible choice for bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor soffits. We will tell you which fits the room rather than which is easier to fit.

Question 32

How long does a room take?

Accepted Answer

Frame, boarding, openings, putty and paint is usually several days per room, with drying time between coats. We agree the sequence with you so the rooms you need most are finished first.

Question 33

Can you repair an existing ceiling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Water damage, sagging boards and cracked joints are all repairable without redoing the whole ceiling in most cases.

Question 34

Do you make furniture to fit, or only fit ready-made units?

Accepted Answer

Both. Wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and wall units are measured on site and built to the space, which matters in rooms that are rarely perfectly square. We also fit units you have already bought.

Question 35

Can you repair furniture rather than replace it?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Loose joints, broken drawers, sagging shelves and damaged doors are often worth repairing, and we will say honestly when a piece is past it rather than charging you to find out.

Question 36

Do you handle polishing and finishing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including polishing and finishing on new work and refinishing on older pieces that have dulled or scratched.

Question 37

Can you fit a kitchen as one job?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cabinets, the plumbing for the sink and the electrical points can all be done by the same team, which avoids the usual gap where each trade waits on another.
